Andreas has just added a 7-lesson series on the jazz classic "Just Friends". See the AGU Tunes section on the left. Just Friends" was written by John Klenner, who was born in Germany. Klenner used his training in piano and composition to write a number of classical compositions as well as the music and/or lyrics for dozens of popular songs. His best known song is "Just Friends." With lyrics by Sam M. Lewis, "Just Friends" is a ballad about two lovers who have drifted apart. Written in 1931, it still sounds modern and up-to-date.
