Each livestream will have an audience Q&A segment, so make sure you come prepared with plenty of questions to ask! Can’t make the stream? Every episode is archived, so you can watch it on your own time.
Here’s what we have in store for you this week:
Don’t think we’ve forgotten about all of you harmonica aficionados out there! Join us on Wednesday, May 6th as ArtistWorks CEO Patricia Butler chats with harmonica pioneer Howard Levy. Howard will share stories from his legendary career, discuss how quarantine has affected his performing schedule and dive into the nitty gritty of his instrument. He’ll also perform a variety of tunes on both harmonica and piano, as well as answer all of your questions! We’ll go live with Howard at 4:30pm Pacific time this Wednesday.
Get ready for a virtual island getaway on Thursday, May 7th as ArtistWorks ‘ukulele masters Craig Chee and Sarah Maisel swing by the show. These two will be discussing all things ‘uke, including how they’ve been giving back to their fans with their Online Mini ‘Ukelele Festivals. Have you always wanted to learn more about your four-string? Now’s your chance to have all of your questions answered by two masters! Tune in this Thursday at 4:30pm Pacific to catch the stream.
We hope that this series provides some comfort throughout these uncertain times. Stay safe, stay healthy and keep on playing.
