7 time International Bluegrass Music Association Bass Player of the Year, Missy Raines, received several nominations this week including Bass Player of the Year, Recorded Event of the Year, and Song of the Year.
Raines co-produced and played bass on Compass Records release "I'll Take Love - from the pen of Louisa Branscomb" and the title track, "I'll Take Love" received 2 nominations; Recorded Event of the Year and Song of the Year.
The song "I'll Take Love" features Dale Ann Bradley, Steve Gulley and Alison Krauss along with Missy Raines, Ethan Ballinger, Stuart Duncan, Alan Bibey and Alison Brown.

The IBMA Awards Show takes place on September 29, 2011 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville TN.
