As promised in the recent message video, Mike has done a full lesson breakdown treatment on the Bill Monroe tune "Mississippi Waltz" as the first addition to a new lesson department dedicated to Bill Monroe tunes. He wanted to kick off this new lesson department with a less obvious tune and this one was suggested for it's interesting passages (including a descending tremolo pattern.) We'll be adding more new lessons to this section over time so keep an eye on the blog for updates as they're posted. The Mississippi Waltz lesson is complete with a backing track and 2 pdf charts with both Bill's mandolin melody and Kenny Baker's version.
