New Lesson - Stanley Turrentine's "Sugar"
This is a great tune for Intermediate Blues players who want to learn a Bluesy Jazz tune. The chord changes and the melody are simple. You don't need to be able to play overblows/overdraws to play this tune, though of course you can play it more completely using advanced techniques. This is a very famous tune, something you could play with just about any Jazz musicians- most of them know it. Find it in the Intermediate Section, or click here to go right to it. I highly recommend checking this one out.
