Some of the greatest Banjo players in the world have all grown giant heads and are touring NY!  Tony Trischka is among them.

Starting October 25, eight of the most influential banjo players - all with ties to New York state - will unite in a limited 10-concert tour that will find banjo being played in conventional and unconventional ways.

Joining Tony on the tour will be Béla Fleck, Bill Keith, Eric Weissberg, Pete Wernick, Richie Stearns, Noam Pikelny, and Mac Benford.

In performances ranging from solos and duets to full tilt banjo blowouts with all the players and an acoustic band, the stage settings range from the traditional backdrop of bluegrass and old time country music to the more progressive banjo genres like jazz, classical and rock music.
