http://www.chambermusicsedona.org/special_events.php#SBGI The Sedona Bluegrass Festival invites participants from around the country to work with two of Bluegrass's most distinguished artists: multi instrumentalist Darol Anger and singer/songwriter/guitarist and fiddler Laurie Lewis. 

Each artist will accept up to twelve individuals on an audition basis. Participants will study in individual settings and group setting under the tutelage of SBI instructors and their assistants, Paige Anderson and Leah Wollenberg. From the anticipated twenty-four participants, three to four ensembles or bands will be assembled and each band will perform Friday evening at public places and businesses in Sedona (restaurants, art galleries, public spaces, etc.).

All participants will reside on the campus of Verde Valley School, enjoy three wholesome organic meals Monday through Friday (Sunday dinner, and breakfast Saturday and Sunday June 8 & 9), along with musical activities throughout the week. One or two of the Institute ensembles will be invited to perform at the Saturday and / or Sunday festival concerts at Los Abrigados Resort in Sedona for the 7th Sedona Bluegrass Festival June 8 & 9, 2013.
