Happy Birthday Howard!

Today we celebrate the birthday of the amazing Howard Levy!

For anyone not familiar with Howard's unique musicianship, have a look at how he plays Amazing Grace on harmonica. This was recorded at the 2010's SPAH Convention (Society for the Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica), where Howard was awarded "Player of the Year" .

When he's not teaching people how to play harmonica, he can be found touring all over the world. He'll soon be heading out to Australia for the Masters of the Harmonica concert and workshop. Find out more info on Howard's tour page!

Howard is also working on new music with his group Trio Globo that will come out in December. They are working with the incredible Jewish cantor Alberto Mizrahi, recording a CD of music for Hanuka and Passover. Says Howard, "Nobody has ever made one like this, that's for sure."
