“Live Dispatch from Home” Schedule - Week of 5/11
We understand that with current social distancing practices, it’s impossible to go see your favorite musicians perform in concert. That’s why we’re bringing them directly to your homes with our newest series, “Live Dispatch from Home.”
We’ll be livestreaming every upcoming episode of the show to both our Facebook page and our YouTube channel, meaning you can tune in however you please. Each livestream will have an audience Q&A segment, so make sure you come prepared with plenty of questions to ask! Can’t make the stream? Every episode is archived, so you can watch it on your own time.
Here’s what we have in store for you this week:
Fresh off of celebrating the launch of his new ArtistWorks course, modern banjo legend and Punch Brothers member Noam Pikelny will be stopping by the show this Thursday, May 14th, alongside his wife Caitlin Canty. Come join Noam as he performs, discusses all things banjo and answers all of your questions. He’ll even dive into the making of his recent star-studded ArtistWorks course promo video! We’ll go live with Noam and Caitlin at 4:30pm Pacific this Thursday, you won’t want to miss this stream!
Speaking of musical legends, tune in to the show this Friday, May 15th as Patricia chats with longstanding jazz bass icon John Patitucci. John will be talking about his world-class ArtistWorks bass lessons, sharing stories from his historic career, performing some jazz standards and much more. The show will start this Friday at 4pm Pacific, so bring your bass and tune in!
We hope that this series provides some comfort throughout these uncertain times. Stay safe, stay healthy and keep on playing.
Looking to further your musicianship during this crisis? Consider taking online music lessons right here at ArtistWorks! You can even try some free online lessons and see what all the hype is about.
