Mike Marshall on Tour With Edgar Meyer, Sam Bush, and George Meyer

This Wednesday, January 19, 2022, world-renowned mandolinist, Grammy-nominated musician, and ArtistWorks bluegrass mandolin instructor, Mike Marshall kicks off a two-and-a-half week tour with legendary upright bassist Edgar Meyer, mandolin icon Sam Bush, and Edgar’s son and violin virtuoso, George Meyer.

Together, these four master musicians will be embracing their hybridized sound, blending elements from the bluegrass, classical, newgrass, and jazz genres to provide a unique acoustic experience that can only be categorized as amazing. Now, music-lovers throughout Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, and New York can enjoy a collaborative performance that can typically only be heard on the summer bluegrass festival circuit.

“I’m very excited about this upcoming tour,” Mike expresses. “There’s nothing better than reuniting with long-time friends to perform, and, as a quartet, we can really stretch our musical limbs and explore the variety of genres that inspire us.”
