Nathan East Honored at NAMM TEC Awards 2015

Nathan East is having another big year. Just recently he was honored by Bass Player Live with a Lifetime Achievment Award. Back in January of 2015 Nathan East was inducted into the NAMM TEC Awards Hall of Fame, which was created in 1988 to honor musicians who demonstrate excellence in professional audio and sound production. Nathan's been one of the most in demand bassists for years now, and with credits on more than 2000 recordings he's now been formally recoginzed by one of the most pretigious organizations in the music industry.

He was also in the house band for the NAMM TEC Awards show along with some other big names in the recording industry like Bob James and ArtistWorks percussion teacher Luis Conte. In this video they perform the song "101 Eastbound" from Nathan's debut solo album which he released the previous year.
