When he's not recording new lessons and Video Exchanges for his online bass students at ArtistWorks, Nathan East is always keeping busy. Not only has he played with some of the biggest names in the music business, he's been invited to Washington, D.C. multiple times to play for several presidents. You can see him in the background of the video above during President Obama's introduction for the event "A Celebration of American Creativity," which took place last October. He recently did an interivew with allmusic.com where he talks about playing at the White House, including the time Bill Clinton jammed with him on sax! 

We are honored to have him as a part of our ArtistWorks Music Faculty. That's the beauty of what we have created here, Nathan can find time for his online students from wherever his career takes him - and Nathan's students get to benefit from all the great experiences he has along the way.
