Noam Pikelny Celebrates 1000 Video Exchanges!
On April 15, 2020, it was with great excitement that we welcomed master banjoist, 3-time Grammy-nominee, and founding member of the Punch Brothers, Noam Pikelny, to our amazing faculty roster here at ArtistWorks with the launch of his comprehensive course of online banjo lessons, “Banjo with Noam Pikelny.”
We’re excited to announce that, after less than a year instructing his course, Noam has just completed his 1,000th Video Exchange. Congratulations Noam, and thank you to all of his wonderful banjo students for consistently submitting videos!
As Noam stated in 2020 when his course launched, “I feel like this could be a course where you can get started from scratch, but I also feel like there would be an on-ramp for a lot of people who are advanced players. All of those people are welcome here, and I just can’t wait to meet whoever signs up.”
Judging by this fantastic Video Exchange milestone, Noam has clearly had the opportunity to meet, mentor, and guide a vast array of banjo players worldwide, and help banjoists of all levels grow as musicians and pickers!
We’ll be celebrating this impressive achievement by giving away an exclusive prize package to the student who submitted Noam’s 1000th Video Exchange, Sam Messina. Congratulations Sam, and thanks for submitting your Video Exchange! We’re excited to see how you continue to progress. And, congratulations again, Noam, on reaching this wonderful milestone!
