Alongside “Beginner’s Guide to Acoustic Guitar,” taught by ArtistWorks co-founder and the creator of Video Exchange Learning®, David Butler, these two new courses make up our “Adult Beginner’s Guide to Music” series: a collection of comprehensive courses designed specifically for adult beginners and first-time players.

Instructed by Associate Professor at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, Kevin Barry, “Beginner’s Guide to Rock Guitar” teaches first-time guitarists how to play their favorite rock ‘n’ roll classics on electric guitar. Through the course, you’ll learn basic guitar chords, picking and strumming techniques, and beginner music theory all in the context of classic rock songs you know and love.
