Hi Becky, there is no system wide problem that's been reported. I tested the videos and they seem to play fine. This sounds like a browser issue. We have responded to your email and forum post. Please follow up with us via email if additional troubleshooting is needed.

Question: I'm brand new to the violin and this program. I'm working through the beginning videos and came across the first piece to play. The problem is, I have no idea how to play the notes on the violin (Ex, what is an A?) Am I missing a video or are we supposed to know these things already?

To those asking for more material in the intermediate section, I know that's a tough one since it actually covers so much ground. Any more votes for Seitz (the one from the Suzuki books you mean)?

...focus on just one or two trill motions performed quickly, with time in between, rather than trying always to do a long trill.

For Intermediate level, how about a Haydn Concerto?

Would it be possible to post the sheet music for Vivaldi Winter and Bach Air? It would be helpful to have the notations you refer to in your videos on these. I agree with others that extra content in the intermediate section would be wonderful.

Richard Amoroso here... just curious to know what the level of love for Classical Music is. That is what sustains me for sure. I had the most memorable week with The Philadelphia Orchestra playing Shosty 7... I'm still affected days later... like riding the most exhilarating amusement park ride at 6 flags. I really am a lucky and privileged individual to participate with other AW teachers and perform incredible Classical music regularly.

OK thanks! In the meantime, if anyone else is trying to use the tag system, my workaround is to create a new tag and that opens the view to see your previously saved tags

Can anyone else see/find the button to open the "Tag" list in a video? It should be right next to the "Bookmark" icon underneath the video player and it's missing for me. The only way I can get to my saved tags is to create a new tag and that will open the list and show all my previously saved tags.

I uploaded a new video recording the night before last night, including a lengthy comment. It then said, "Your upload has completed and is processing", but I fear the video was not uploaded. The same happened today. The fact that I had the chance to upload a video again shows that the first one wasn't uploaded (there's an upload limit of 1 video). Does anyone experience the same? Quite unfortunate.

The help people say I'm just out of luck because I only have a 3 month subscription but I went over the term of agreement and it does not anything about that limitation.
